Agreement
These terms apply when you request a sample, buy an ad, or subscribe to a plan from Dryframe Studio. By doing any of those, you agree to them. Our services are for businesses only, not for personal or household use. Questions: hi@dryframestudio.com.
What we provide
- Free sample: one custom ad for your company, at no cost and with no obligation. It's a watermarked preview for review only, so you can't run it as an ad. To use it, buy it as a single ad and we'll send the clean, watermark-free files.
- Single ad ($600): one finished ad in every format, normally delivered within 5 days of a complete brief. It's credited toward your first month if you subscribe.
- Monthly plan ($3,600/month at the launch rate): 6 new ads a month (8 in month one for launch-rate clients), each in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with captioned and silent versions, 2 hook variations and 2 revisions.
Delivery times are targets, and they depend on you sending the information we ask for.
VIP plans
VIP plans are custom plans. They aren't sold through this website and have no set price. We usually plan them with you on a video call, then send the plan and its monthly price to you in writing by email before you pay. That written plan sets out the exact work, such as the number of videos, the accounts we cover and who posts. Nothing is agreed until you accept it.
- AI influencers and avatars: we can create an AI influencer for your business, or an AI avatar of you. We'll only make an avatar of a real person with that person's written consent, and you must have the right to use any face, voice or name you ask us to use. AI influencers and avatars are labeled as AI wherever a platform or the law requires it, and must not be presented as a real customer or a real review.
- Ads we run for you: our fee covers creating and managing your ads. Ad spend, the money paid to Meta or another platform to show your ads, is agreed with you in advance and paid by you, on top of the plan fee. We don't spend more than the budget you approve.
- Access to your accounts: we don't ask for your passwords. You give us team or partner access through each platform's own tools, such as Meta Business Suite, and you can remove it at any time. You stay the owner of your accounts, pages and ad accounts.
- Posting: if your plan includes a posting playbook, we give you the videos, captions, hashtags, location tags and posting times, and you post them. If your plan includes posting for you, we post through the access you give us. Each platform's own rules and decisions, such as reach, account limits or removals, are outside our control.
- Results: our team brings 6 years of social media experience, but we don't guarantee followers, views, leads, calls or sales. Social media growth usually takes 6 to 12 months of steady work. Any timeline we mention is an estimate, not a promise.
- Billing: VIP plans follow the same billing and cancellation rules as every other plan, below.
Payment, billing and cancellation
- Every plan, whatever its length (monthly, 3, 6 or 12 months), is billed one month at a time, in advance, at the start of each billing month. We start work only after that month is paid. We don't work first and bill later.
- A month that has been paid can't be cancelled or refunded. We'll finish and deliver that month's work.
- You can cancel any plan at any time by email. The plan ends at the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, we won't bill you again and you don't owe anything more, including for any remaining months of a longer plan. There's no cancellation fee.
- To stop the next payment, cancel before your next billing date. We'll confirm every cancellation by email.
- If a payment is late or fails, we pause work until it's paid.
- Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes, bank fees or payment fees charged to you on your side are yours to pay.
- The launch rate stays the same for as long as your subscription runs without a break.
Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Revisions
Each ad includes 2 rounds of revisions within the original brief. Changes to the concept after production has started may count as a new ad.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your company, services, licenses, service area and phone number.
- Only send us footage, logos, music and customer stories you have the right to use.
- You decide where and how the ads run, and you're responsible for following the rules of each ad platform and the laws that apply to your advertising, including any claims you add.
AI-generated content
We use AI production tools. Ads may include AI-generated people, voices or scenes. You agree not to present an AI-generated person as a real customer or a real testimonial, and to label AI-generated content wherever a platform or law requires it. TikTok, for example, requires a label on realistic AI-generated videos. If you want real customer stories, send us real footage and permission, and we'll build around it.
Who owns the ads
Free samples are watermarked previews and stay ours until you buy them. Once an ad is paid for, you can use the final, watermark-free files for your business for as long as you like, including after you cancel. We keep the right to use our own methods, templates and tools, and we may show finished ads in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
No guarantee of results
We work to make ads that perform, but results depend on your budget, targeting, market, offer and follow-up. We don't guarantee calls, leads, jobs or revenue.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown above and don't change a billing month that has already started.
