In short
- Free sample: free, no card, no obligation. It's a watermarked preview. Buy it as a single ad to get the clean files.
- You pay first, then we work. Every month is paid in advance, before work on that month starts. We don't work first and bill later.
- A paid month can't be cancelled or refunded. We finish and deliver that month's ads.
- You can cancel any time, starting from your next month. Your plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for, and you pay nothing more. This is the same for every plan length: monthly, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- No cancellation fee. You never pay for the months left on a longer plan.
- Custom VIP plans follow these same rules. Ad spend you've approved and already paid to Meta or another platform is spent by that platform and can't be refunded by us.
- You keep every ad we've delivered.
How billing works
Every plan, whatever its length, is billed one month at a time, in advance, at the start of each billing month. Work on a month starts once that month's payment has been received. If a payment is late or doesn't go through, we pause work until it's paid.
Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes, bank fees or payment fees charged to you on your side are yours to pay.
Paid months are not refunded
When you pay for a month, we reserve production time for you and start work. So a paid month runs to the end and is not cancelled or refunded, even if you cancel partway through it. We'll deliver that month's ads.
How to cancel
You can cancel any plan at any time by emailing hi@dryframestudio.com. We'll confirm your cancellation by email within 2 business days.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- After that, the plan and the contract end. We won't bill you again, and you don't owe us anything more.
- To stop the next payment, cancel before your next billing date. If the next month has already been paid when you cancel, we deliver that month and the plan ends after it.
- There's no cancellation fee, and you don't pay for any remaining months of a longer plan.
Example
You choose a 12-month plan. You pay for month 1, month 2 and month 3, and we deliver the ads for each of them. During month 3, you email us to cancel.
- Month 3 is already paid, so we finish it and deliver its ads as normal. It isn't refunded.
- Your plan ends at the end of month 3.
- You don't pay for the other 9 months, and we don't make ads for them.
- You keep every ad from months 1 to 3.
Single ads
The one-time fee for a single ad is non-refundable once production has started. You get 2 rounds of revisions within the brief, and the fee is credited toward your first month if you subscribe.
If something goes wrong
If we miss a delivery or something isn't right, tell us at hi@dryframestudio.com. We'll fix it first with revisions, and we'll handle anything else fairly, case by case.
