Who we are
Dryframe Studio (“we”, “us”) makes video ads for water and fire damage restoration companies in the United States. This policy explains what we collect through dryframestudio.com and what we do with it. Questions: hi@dryframestudio.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your request and make your ads:
- From the sample-ad form: company name, city or service area, phone number, website or Facebook page (optional), what you need most, email, the plan you picked, and your consent, with the date and time you gave it and the page you were on.
- When you email or work with us: what you send us, such as logos, job-site footage and billing details.
- Automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.
We don't ask for sensitive information, and the site isn't meant for anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and build your free sample ad.
- To make, deliver and bill for ads if you become a client.
- To follow up about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that help us run the site
A few trusted providers handle data for us, only to provide their service:
- Web3Forms: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail): our email.
- Hostinger: hosts the website, keeps server logs, and runs a security firewall that may set a short-lived cookie to tell people apart from bots.
- Google Fonts: delivers the fonts the page uses, which means your browser connects to it and it sees your IP address.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie you may get is a security cookie from our hosting firewall, which is needed to protect the site. If we ever add analytics or ad tracking, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Do Not Track: because we don't track you across sites, there's nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests and client records for as long as we're talking or working together, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep billing records longer. Then we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hi@dryframestudio.com with the subject “Data request” and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and behind a firewall, and we limit who can see your information. No method is perfect, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
